Auntie In Chan gets wicked with a stir fry.
Had dinner at the best Thai resaurant in the world last night, good ol' In Chan in Kingsford, and continued in my mad rush to photographically document the best of Sydney before I leave.
Uncle In Chan says he only knows one Thai who lives in Sweden, and he hasn't really kept in contact with him. But he said he'd teach me a few recipes before I go, so if the whole post-doc thing doesn't fly, I can open a restaurant instead!

After hearing our concerns (well, after he had a chat with Jeanette) he decided that his girl friends from uni could come along to as much or as little as they liked.

I've heard about this "chicks on bucks" thing. Being a chick, I reckon it is a silly idea!

The chicks in question are pretty blokey.

Also - Ian, what sort of camera is that? It is pretty awesome! I like the way it captures the stir-fry action!! Although, I am pretty peckish. Maybe I should go eat some lunch, instead of drooling at your stir-fry shots.
