i svenska klass i kvell tittade vi på ett mycket roligt program heter "Festmetoden", och det finns på internetet:

In swedish class this evening we watch a hilarious program called "Festmetoden" (Party Methods). It is on the internet (link above). Also, thanks to the educational discussion we had afterwards I know that "skitful", pronounced "shit-full" is the Swedish equivalent of "shitfaced".
Festmetoden is basically an "alcohol awareness education" video put out by the government, but it's totally unlike anything you'd find in oz. Remember those old ads on aussie tv where people get drunk and ending up bleeding and stuff, almost like the driver-safety ads with powderfinger songs? Nothing like that here. This is Sweden!
The host looks like a cross between Gay Dodgy Steve and Earl from My Name is Earl, and the show basically says this:
well, before you go out, you gotta have a bunch of drinks at home with some mates. Try spirits, with some soda and lime. Play lots of music and dance like a dickhead. Oh, and drink some water.
Then go out to a club, get skitful, and increase the dickhead factor of your dancing. Try to hook up with somebody if you can. But drink lots of water, and remember you can be cool without alcohol too.
After you're completely hammered, it's fun to go by the royal palace and take stupid photos of yourself annoying the shit out of the guards there. Then, make sure you've got an afterparty to go to, where you can drink more, cosy up with some piece of fluff you've found, and possibly throw up. But remember to drink lots of water.
Jump to 19:40 minutes in to see the bit about the palace. even if you don't understand Swedish it should be amusing. Hint: at the end he's saying "I just wanted to talk to the King, but I couldn't because he was asleep".
The whole thing is about 1/2 an hour long, I don't expect many people to watch it all, but at least watch the opening credits, which are pure gold (remember this is a government educational fillum). They are about 30 seconds in, just after the girl who slept in a dumpster says "Hey, Go Moron!"

that video is hilarious! What was the message again? If you are going to drink, make sure you have a high res dig cam at the ready? And make sure you wear your party pants.

Pants-down seems to be another important message, especially in combination with the digicam message. Or is that what you meant by wearing your party pants?
Anyway, I believe the correct term is "enhance your fancy dance pants" (thanks Kath and Kim)
also: the chick at 19:16 is a great example of my absolute favourite type of swedish accent (she's fairly easy on the eye too). I wanna track down exactly where people speak like that and live there forever.
In my town, they don't say "bliir" quite the same way she does, and that's the key.
