Is Andrew some central terminus of hot that all men approach to a greater or lesser extent?
And you could judge men by strobing superimposed photos of them and AC, and noting the jarring discrepanices?
At least now I have a mental model to rate and compare with, mistakes of the past shall not be repeated.
Andrew and Toby are about as similar looking as chalk and cheese. seriously.
Chalk and cheese can be surprisingly similar in appearance. Take chevre, for example.
Also – I think that the “whose foot is that” competition would be a brilliant idea, if it weren’t so decisively won already by the photo you have posted. Absolutely hilarious stuff.
andrew crosses the boundaries of what men and women agree is good looking, so is a good comparison point, as is this Toby person. he is coming over in the summer btw. andrew that is, have no idea what Toby's plans are, having never met him.

B - you have terrible taste in men. you were surprised that Mat and Hot Dan are considered hot man meat, when they are a recurring and resounding hit amoungst the lay-dies at any of my birthday parties!
